This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which ATC Hospitality collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://www.atchospitality.com/ (each, a “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Sites and all products and services offered by ATC Hospitality.
Personal Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register for membership, subscribe to news and updates, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Use of Personal SMS Information
ATC representatives may use information voluntarily collected directly from you to provide you with text/SMS communication that is timely and pertinent to the relationship.
Opting Out of Text, SMS and MMS Messages
If at any time you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, you can opt out by:

Texting UNSUBSCRIBE to opt-out
Texting CANCEL to opt-out
Texting QUIT to opt-out.
Please note that once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages, and our Support team will no longer be available to you via text. Also, the opt-out process may take up to five (5) business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us.
Super Support Text, SMS and MMS Policy
At ATC, we value your privacy and make every effort to respect your wishes and personal information. In line with this commitment, we have established the following policy for the use of text communication by our Super Support™ service.
Our Super Support team will only text after you voluntarily text them. For example, during service issues or general support inquiries. By texting our Super Support team, you have authorized the team at ATC to respond accordingly to help you and provide assistance with your issue or inquiry. The consent to receive SMS is only valid for the life of the service ticket.
Opting Out of Super Support Messages
